At CSM, we oversee leasing and management of our properties. Our current portfolio includes ownership of more than 11 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space across the U.S. In addition, CSM owns and operates more than 3,100 multi-family rental apartment and townhome units and 37 hotel properties.
