The Marriott Minneapolis West rolled out the red carpet to welcome St. Louis Park Mayor Jeff Jacobs and guests to its grand opening celebration held earlier today. The day kicked off with Robin Kirk, President of CSM Lodging, expressing thanks and appreciation to those who contributed to the hotel’s renovation. Kirk further stated CSM Lodging is likely to pick up one or two additional full-service Marriott’s within the next year. Kirk was joined by Mayor Jeff Jacobs to cut the ceremonial ribbon before guests released balloons into the sky. Following the ceremony, guests were invited to tour the upscale hotel and enjoy a lunch in the state-of-the-art banquet facilities.

The Marriott Minneapolis West is a full-service, upscale hotel and meeting facility, offering 15,000 square feet of flexile, state-of-the-art conference space. The renovations also include complete room remodels and added amenities such as flat screen TVs, upscale furnishings and the new Marriott bed. The hotel also boasts a concierge floor, full banquet kitchen and one of few kosher kitchens in the Twin Cities metro area.
