On August 11th CSM Corporation closed on the purchase of the D.S. Brown Facility located at 4201 Norex Drive, Chaska, Minnesota. This 95,821 square foot facility which was built in 1990 and is located approximately one mile from the Highway 5 and Highway 41 intersection.

The property is currently under lease to D.S. Brown Company Inc., which is headquartered in North Baltimore, Ohio. The D.S. Brown Company was founded in 1890 and is a leading worldwide designer, supplier and manufacturer of engineered products for the bridge and highway industry. D.S. Brown controls all of their manufacturing processes internally, which include research and development, engineering design/CAD detailing, extruding, molding and testing, and custom steel fabrication and matching.
