CSM Corporation has broke ground on the Waters VI Business Center, located in Eagan, Minnesota. Leasing activity within the business park has been strong, with an occupancy rate of 98%. This will be the seventh speculative office/warehouse building completed by CSM within the Waters development, which totals 38.15 acres of land. Waters VI will be a 45,798 square foot office/warehouse complex with decorative block construction, extensive glass-line and ample parking.
