White House Custom Colour to build headquarters and printing facility

MINNEAPOLIS – February 6, 2007 – CSM Corporation, a Minneapolis-based commercial and residential real estate development company, announced today that it has sold 5.54 acres of land at The Waters of Eagan Business Park to White House Custom Colour, a professional digital photofinishing company. Construction of White House Custom Colour’s 35,000 square-foot headquarters and printing operations facility broke ground January 29.

The Waters of Eagan Business Park is ideal for development with a redundant fiber and power grid infrastructure in place. Located in Eagan, Minnesota, just southeast of the intersections of interstates 494 and 35E, the site also boasts easy access to the airport. Northwest Airlines, Ecolab, John Deere, Hewlett Packard and the United States Postal Service, among other notable companies, have operations at the business park. The site’s remaining 40 acres of unoccupied land is suited for build-to-lease, speculative or flex office development ranging in size from 2-35 acre sites.

Ranked on Inc. magazine’s list of 500 fastest-growing businesses in the country, White House Custom Colour has outgrown facilities in St. Paul and South St. Paul over the past few years and is now relocating and expanding again to keep up with its tremendous growth of 509.6 percent in three years. The 35,000 square-foot facility being built at The Waters of Eagan site is flexible and can accommodate an additional 40,000 square-foot expansion.

Bruce Carland represented CSM Corporate and John Thompson with Equity Commercial represented White House Custom Colour in the purchase. Construction on the new facility is expected to be complete by July 1.
