CSM opened the 181-room Courtyard in Boston/Natick, Massachusetts on September 19, 2001. The hotel is located off the Massachusetts Turnpike, within a mile of the Natick Mall and Shoppers World, two of the largest malls in the greater Boston area, and is 15 miles West of Downtown Boston.

CSM has another 186-room Courtyard currently under construction in nearby Boston/Woburn. This hotel is slated to open in early September 2002.
