Construction will start this spring on the fourth phase of the Waters Business Center in Eagan, Minnesota. Phase IV consists of a 54,000 square foot office/flex building similar in design to the adjacent Waters Phase III building that was completed in 2001. With the signing of Schwan's Technology Group for 36,716 square feet, Phase III is now 100% leased, which allows CSM to proceed with construction on Phase IV.
