CSM LODGING ANNOUNCES ITS FRANCHISE ALLIANCE WITH MARRIOTT EXECUSTAY

Minneapolis, MN – CSM Executive Lodging, LLC, an affiliate of CSM Corporation, announced today its franchise alliance for Minneapolis – St. Paul with ExecuStay by Marriott. ExecuStay is the corporate housing division of Marriott International, Inc. ExecuStay adds to the existing Marriott Courtyard, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and TownePlace Suites franchises currently owned and operated by Minneapolis based CSM Lodging, under a franchise agreement with Marriott International, Inc.
With one phone call to ExecuStay, travelers who require stays of 30 days or more can arrange for a fully furnished apartment anywhere in the Twin Cities. All apartments include fully equipped kitchens and bed and bath linens. Monthly rates include basic utilities, phone service, cable television and 24/7 customer service. ExecuStay guests will also enjoy the added benefit of earning Marriott Rewards points.
