Arne M. Cook serves as President, Commercial Properties with direct responsibility for all real estate development, asset management, leasing, and property management of CSM Corporation’s Commercial/Industrial properties as well as overall management responsibility for the CSM residential property organization. Cook plays a key role in building a stronger organization that can successfully manage and expand the Company into the future. 
As the President of CSM Lodging, the hotel division of CSM, Robert Dann is poised to augment the impressive growth this area has experienced since its inception in the early nineties. While working his way through the ranks of the hospitality industry, Dann has acquired first-hand experience and knowledge that encompasses multifarious sectors of the hotel business. His vision and CSM’s drive for success have joined together to create a team approach to achieving the best in revenue, profit and quality.
Hired to better position CSM’s infrastructure for strategic growth, Curt Petersen is a dynamic Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer who brings to CSM more than twenty-five years of experience in financial and operations management. His primary objectives are to oversee the company’s financial operations, to develop new processes and to align systems that will allow CSM to expand with new ventures and to grow exponentially. 
As the acting General Counsel for CSM since 1993, Bill Franke has played an integral role in the growth of CSM and its broad and diverse portfolio of hotel, commercial, and industrial properties. At present, as the leader of CSM’s Legal Department, Franke continues to be a key participant in the development and implementation of strategic plans, necessary to support the continued growth and success of the company. 
Since 1988, Brad Kittleson has been a driving force in the success of CSM. As the Vice President of Property Management, his knowledge, leadership style, and work ethic have blended well with the goals of the company to produce award-winning results. Kittleson oversees CSM’s Residential department consisting of over 3,500 rental units in eleven states and housing over 10,000 residents. He also leads the Commercial Property division with 110 properties in six states as well as CSM’s in-house maintenance team, ProTech.
