CSM CORPORATION STREAMLINES EXECUTIVE STRUCTURE

Commercial Properties Division Restructured

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - January 22, 2010 - CSM Corporation, a Minneapolis based real estate, lodging, retail, multi-family and industrial company has completed a restructuring and streamlining of its Commercial Properties Division. As a result of this restructure Arne Cook, President of CSM Commercial Properties Division, has decided to leave CSM to pursue other opportunities. Gary Holmes, CEO will assume direct oversight of the Commercial Properties Group as they continue to look for new strategic growth opportunities.

Cook joined CSM in April, 2007 in order to grow and oversee the real estate development side of CSM's business. "The economic changes facing the world in the past two years have impacted commercial development dramatically. There are significantly fewer opportunities for market expansion; and commercial development has been curtailed in this environment. Arne has been an important part of CSM's success in past several years and we wish him much success in the future." states Gary Holmes, CSM founder and CEO.

Holmes and the rest of the CSM executive and management teams will continue to focus on effectively managing their core businesses and pursuing opportunistic growth strategies.
