On September 25th CSM Corporation completed the acquisition of Freeway Business Center in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota and Airport Business Center in Bloomington, Minnesota. Airport Business Center in was purchased for $7.1 million and consists of two buildings containing over 150,000 square feet of office/warehouse. Freeway Business Center was purchased for $9.9 million and consists of two buildings containing over 145,000 square feet of office/warehouse. The four buildings are over 90% occupied at the time of purchase. Major tenants include Moneygram International, William L. Griffin and Company and Loffler Business Systems. With these additions CSM now owns and manages 68 industrial properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
