MINNEAPOLIS – November 13, 2008 – CSM Corporation, a Minneapolis-based leader in real estate development and acquisitions, announces today that PTC, has leased 92,300 square feet of office, research and development space, to be designed and built for them, at CSM Corporation's Lexington Preserve Business Park in Blaine. The new building will house PTC research and development professionals, along with administrative, marketing and sales personnel. "We are pleased that we were able to meet PTC's needs in terms of quality, space, location and timing. PTC is an exceptional company and we welcome them to Lexington Preserve Business Park and the city of Blaine," says Arne Cook, president of CSM Corporation's commercial properties division.
PTC plans to move into the new building by late summer 2009 with approximately 300 PTC employees filling the space. Lexington Preserve has over 370,000 square feet of property currently built, with the capacity to house an additional 460,000 square feet. Current Lexington Preserve tenants include Aveda, Minnesota School of Business, Deringer Ney and TPAC Underwriters.

PTC 's new office building will have similar architectural highlights as the existing Phase II building designed by CSM Corporation's John Ferrier. The Smith Group is handling tenant improvement design and RJ Ryan is the general contractor for the project. Dan Friedner and Jay Chmieleski of NAI Welsh, represented CSM Corporation. John Boyle of DTZ FHO Partners, who represents PTC globally, partnered with Peter Dufour, CCIM of Colliers International in Minneapolis to execute this lease transaction on behalf of PTC.
