The 227-room Courtyard – Depot opened on July 2, 2001. The hotel is just one component of the Milwaukee Road Depot, located in downtown Minneapolis. The Depot also includes a Residence Inn hotel, indoor waterpark, ice skating rink, meeting rooms and banquet facilities. In March of 2000 at the City Business 1999 awards ceremony CSM won Best Redevelopment for this unique project.
