Marriott International hosted their annual Extended Stay General Managers’ Conference this week in Anaheim, California. Several of CSM’s extended stay hotels received awards at this year’s conference. The Residence Inn-Naples, Florida and Residence Inn-Mesa, Arizona were awarded the Gold Hotel Award, and Residence Inn-Roseville, Minnesota and TownePlace Suites-Livonia, Michigan won the Silver Hotel Award for exceptional service. Winners of the QQ Hotel Award were the Residence Inn-Mall of America/Bloomington, Minnesota and Residence Inn-Minneapolis (Depot), Minnesota for their great work in “Quest for Quality”. The Most Inspiring Service Story Award went to the TownePlace Suites-Livonia, Michigan, and the Regional RevPAR Increase Award, which is given to the hotel with the highest increase in revenue per available room, went to CSM’s TownePlace Suites-Minneapolis, Minnesota.
