CSM started construction on two new, exciting 7,000 square foot retail buildings in Woodbury July 1st. The property is located in front of Sam's Club, on Woodbury Drive just south of I-94. The buildings are 100% pre leased with a great tenant roster including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cunningham Sports, Asia Fresh, Caribou Coffee, and T-Mobile. In addition, M&I Bank purchased an adjoining pad site and will be building a free standing branch location. The entire project should be completed by late October with tenants opening for business shortly afterward.
